BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group is a Copenhagen, New York, London, Barcelona, Shenzhen and Los Angeles-based group of architects, designers, urbanists, landscape professionals, interior and product designers, researchers, and inventors. Founded by Bjarke Ingels in 2005, the studio is currently involved in projects throughout Europe, the Americas, Asia and the Middle East.
KARIM RASHID
Karim is one of the most creative designers of his generation. His impressive portfolio includes more than 3000 designs in production ranging from furniture and accessories to store designs and luxury goods. MORTEN GEORGSEN
Morten’s designs stylish furniture with multiple functions. He’s dedicated to bringing his Danish heritage to an international audience and succeeds in this by focusing on optimising the production process and making it cost-efficient without compromising the look.
NENDO
Oki Sato formed the world-renowned design studio, nendo, in 2002. Since 2012 he has won multiple "Designer Of The Year" awards and nendo has an impressive portfolio of exhibitions, awards and great designs. Nendo's design philosophy is all about creating small wow-moments in people's everyday life, evident in the furniture's minimalist yet characteristic form with a touch of humour.
HENRIK PEDERSEN
Henrik graduated as a fashion designer in 1990 but uses his education to explore the full range of design. His interest for maths together with his wide-ranging experience give him an intuitive ability to quickly gauge if a new design will work or not.
FRANS SCHROFER
Frans Schrofer has been the leading light of Dutch furniture design for the past three decades. He describes his guiding principles as 'creating tools for living' and his trademark is contemporary design with a twist.
ANDERS NØRGAARD
Anders always stays true to his Danish design heritage that was very much part of his own upbringing and education. 'I grew up with functionalism and craftsmanship. Danish architects of the 50s and 60s were friends of my parents and among my teachers at the School of Architecture.'
ARDE
With a Master's Degree in Architecture and Design combined with many years of experience within the furniture industry, ARDE creates designs founded in professional knowledge and made for everyday use. With a strong passion to move boundaries in the use of materials, new technology and manufacturing processes, his designs are not only beautiful, but provide maximum value for the user.
